What is happening here.

Last checked: November 3, 2026. This page describes what I am working on at that date. If the date gets old, please interpret “now” accordingly.

Making this place easier to use.

I am working on the blog: separate pages, plain text publishing, a twice-weekly writing schedule, and small interactions that give the place some character.

Keeping room for other work.

I build software, write fiction, and keep coming back to local projects in Keokuk. The Workbench collects the parts I can point to here.

Writing at a steady pace.

New posts are lined up for Tuesdays and Fridays at 9 a.m. Central. The writing page shows what has actually been published. Future posts remain in the filing cabinet.
